Neal has practiced in the field of Workers’ Compensation for 39 years. He has been Board Certified for 30 years. Neal graduated from Duke University Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Health Policy Sciences. He earned his law degree from Indiana University, where he simultaneously clerked for Judge Kenneth Todd all 3 years of law school. Neal spent the bulk of his career representing employers and insurance companies and has become a managing partner at Conroy Simberg and Ganon. Then, in 2017, Neal decided to depart from defending employers and insurance companies to use his skills and acumen to represent injured workers. Neal has handled all manner of workers’ compensation cases with subspecialties in catastrophic injuries involving traumatic brain injuries, Florida’s “Heart and Lung Law” for First Responders, spinal cord injuries with and without paralysis, exposure injuries from deleterious substances, and “sick buildings,” heart attacks and strokes, intoxication from drugs or alcohol and piercing employer immunity for the commission of intentional torts such as invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Neal is AV rated by Martindale Hubble and has been awarded the designation of “Super Lawyer,” amongst other accolades. Neal has lectured frequently for the Florida Bar as a teacher for Continuing Legal Education credits in all subject areas within the broad spectrum of Workers’ Compensation. Neal is excited to have joined Felice Trial Lawyers, where he is expanding his workers’ compensation” experience and knowledge of medicine to personal injury and medical malpractice with the wonderful tutelage of his colleagues and his never-ending fascination and study of the combination of law and medicine.
