About Lawyer Mairead Carey
After fourteen years as a barrister, Mairéad Carey decided to use that experience and expertise and set up her solicitor’s practice in Dublin. Mairéad is a skillful litigator who tenaciously represents her clients. She has brought her courtroom skills to her role as a solicitor and is a strong and effective advocate for those she represents. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of law from family and employment matters to personal injury litigation and judicial review.
Originally from Listowel, Co Kerry, Mairéad has lived in Clondalkin with her family for almost 20 years. Before being called to the Bar, she worked as a news and political journalist with the Irish Press and Ireland on Sunday newspapers. She has also freelanced for Time magazine and the Irish Voice newspaper in New York. Her deep knowledge of the media provides an extra dimension to our clients' service.
