The term no win no fee is one that is banded about on a daily basis, and one that everyone will have heard of. It is on TV adverts, on the radio, and even on the internet. So, what is it? Surely if it is used so much we should all know what it is? The fact is, the majority of us don’t.
To put it simply, no win no fee basically means that if a legal case does not result in your favour you will not have to pay your lawyer’s fee. The only way you will have to pay a legal fee is if your lawyer wins your case.

The reason for this is that no lawyer in their right mind will take on a case if they think that you don’t have a case worth fighting for in court.
There are so many other benefits that come with using a no win no fee lawyer. In this day and age, these types of services are incredibly important. If you have a legal battle on your hands and your financial situation is not great, then this may be a route worth going down.
