With over 20 years’ experience, she has been involved in significant commercial property transactions, property refinance, and all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Ifet is experienced in many areas of commercial property including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, land acquisition and development, commercial leasing, property finance, security work on behalf of banks, share purchase agreements, as well as dealing with client property portfolios.
Ifet has acted for a wide range of clients and matters including investors, banks, nurseries, car garages, golf courses, builders, dentists, hotels, and restaurants.
Ifet believes her local knowledge, contacts, and bilingual skills give clients a real advantage—no matter the size of the transaction. She provides a high-quality, efficient, and proactive service, is used to working to tight deadlines, and always aims to complete the deal on the best terms for her clients.
