Metin Caglar, Esq. Mr. Caglar is a licensed attorney in good standing duly admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He represents various legal matters for many individuals, corporations, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs. He also advises international individual and corporate clients on cross-border transactions. Mr. Caglar is skilled in bringing creative legal strategies and practical solutions to complex law matters. He also provides pro bono legal services to many non-profit organizations.

Mr. Caglar holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.

Mr. Caglar has been admitted to the New York State and Istanbul Bar. He has also been admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Before founding his law firm, he worked as a full-time law clerk for many years.

He is currently a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, American Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
