Kirstin is a Solicitor within our Personal Injury team. She specialises in helping those who have suffered injury or loss as a result of road traffic accidents.

Kirstin is dual qualified in Scots and English law and appears regularly at the Sheriff Court and the Personal Injury Court. She frequently achieves the maximum settlement for her clients.

She previously worked securing compensation for victims of historical abuse and in the ongoing management of trusts.

She is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
