Dan Wise is the Partner and Founder of Osborne & Wise, bringing over two decades of experience as a trusted advisor in employment and regulatory law. Having qualified in 2000, Dan began his career at Speechly Bircham before becoming a Partner at the international law firm K&L Gates in 2008. He later served as an Equity Partner at Fladgate before establishing Osborne & Wise.

Dual-qualified as both a barrister and solicitor, Dan is widely recognised as a leading employment law specialist, advising employers and employees across a broad range of industries. His pragmatic, commercially focused approach has made him a trusted advisor to SMEs, founders, and entrepreneurs, coordinating with niche legal experts to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
