Clíodhna O’Regan, Associate Solicitor, Family Lawyer In Ireland

Associate Solicitor specialising in family law in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court. Clíodhna has particular expertise in all District Court family law matters including custody and access, maintenance, guardianship and domestic violence applications. She advises clients in relation to marital and cohabitation breakdowns to include separation agreements, judicial separation, divorce and cohabitation proceedings. Clíodhna also deals with the conveyancing transactions that arise as a result of the breakdown of the relationship.

Clíodhna’s educational background includes studying law and European studies at the University of Limerick, even completing a semester in Madrid where she navigated the complexities of law in Spanish. In 2018, she further honed her skills by completing a diploma in Commercial Conveyancing and, in 2024, she received her diploma in Family Law, providing her with the expertise and practical knowledge required in this increasingly specialised area.
